During the 90 minute consultation with Trisha we will dive a little deeper into your nutrition goals as together we look at the whole picture of your lifestyle, eating practices and health struggles to find ways to live a healthier, happier life, while aiming to help you set realistic goals to accomplish tasks to do this. You will leave with a detailed plan that is specific to your health challenges in order to help you on your health journey to becoming a healthier, happier you. Along with continued support from Trisha you will also have options to continue to work with her on a weekly, or by-weekly basis to optimize your outcome of fulfilling your nutrition goals.
