You will leave with a detailed plan that is specific to your health challenges in order to help you on your health journey to becoming a healthier, happier you. Along with continued support from Trisha you will also have options to continue to work with her on a weekly, or by-weekly basis to optimize your outcome of fulfilling your nutrition goals.
